We undertake to fully maintain our systems and provide support for our clients.
Our support services are provided by our London-based team between the hours of 8.30am and 6.00pm although extended hours can be agreed by prior arrangement. The following areas are covered:
- Assisting users by telephone or email with queries as they arise.
- Providing on-site training and support.
- Preparing additional reports that are not available from the system or responding to ad-hoc requests for information.
- Assisting with the import of data from other sources or integration with other systems.
- Developing systems to meet the specific requirements of our clients as they evolve.
