ESMA consults on SME growth markets (6 April 2020)
The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has launched a consultation paper on the functioning of Small and Medium sized enterprises (SME) on two draft technical standards, introduced by amendments to the Market Abuse Regulations (MAR) for the promotion of the use of SME Growth Markets.
