Insidertrack App — Launch
In Q3 2020 Cytec will be launching our new Insidertrack App, the first Insider List Management App in the UK. This will be available to licence as an add-on to the existing Insider portal or on its own (alongside the back office administration tool).
Your Insiders will be able to use the App to view and complete a multitude of actions, including keeping track of their list memberships, details of who else is on the project, checking their current ‘Insider Status’, as well as peruse FAQ’s and closed period information. Some of the key features of the App are:
Messaging
- Messages and acknowledgement chasers sent directly to mobile devices
- Full message history available to view
- Ability to acknowledge responsibilities under MAR
- Ability to query messages
MAR Required Data
- Receive tasks and chasers set by you
- Ability to provide and update MAR required personal details
- Ability to provide and update details of PCA’s
Dealing Requests
- Submission of consent to deal requests
- Full request history available to view
- Expiry display via the handy home screen countdown
- Submission of post-trade information
The App will also provide Company Secretaries with the ability to approve dealing requests quickly on the move.

Insidertrack is currently licenced by over 140 companies in the UK as well as companies listed on overseas markets.
