In December 2020 we launched the Insidertrack User Academy Webinars and are pleased to have seen so many of our clients dialling into these sessions over the last few months.
These free to attend Webinars are offering our clients a new way to interact with our system and our teams, in addition to the training sessions and client-focused support that we already provide.
The ‘New User’ Webinar is designed for new Insidertrack users, who can dial in for a system walkthrough and a Q&A session with the Insidertrack support team. We cover all the fundamental system processes, making sure new system users are confident in their system usage.
The ‘Insidertrack Pro’ Webinar takes a deep dive on one or two specific areas each month, covering topics such as Data Import, Enhanced Email, Dealing Requests and Message Templates. We are also using these sessions to cover new functionality as new releases are deployed.
