UK MAR — Change to PDMR Transaction Notifications
On Tuesday 29th June 2021 the UK Market Abuse Regulations will be updated with changes to PDMR and PCA transaction notifications.
When a PDMR (Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities) or a Person Closely Associated (PCA) notifies an issuer that it has transacted in the issuer’s securities, the issuer will have two working days from receiving the notification to notify the market, rather than three business days from the date of the transaction as is currently the case. Note that a PDMR and a PCA must continue to notify the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the issuer of the transaction within three business days of the date of the transaction.
