PA/Office Manager — London

The Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office including answering and directing phone calls.
  • Organising and scheduling of appointments, meetings and conference calls.
  • Providing support for the business’ including collating billing information and producing client invoices.
  • Managing the expenses process.
  • Managing office correspondence including incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Maintaining client contact lists and other databases.
  • Booking travel arrangements.
  • Managing any issues with the building and ensuring the workplace remains tidy.
  • Support senior managers.
  • Supporting HR duties, including maintenance of holidays and sickness calendars.
  • Managing office contracts, including cleaner and water deliveries.
  • Assist with the implementation/maintenance of policies including Health & Safety, First Aid and Fire Marshalling.
  • Ensure visitors enjoy an excellent experience.
  • Arranging office social events.
  • Other administration duties as required such as compiling reports, meeting minutes, monitoring and ordering supplies, and general administration.
  • Be an eager participant of any ad-hoc administration tasks.
