Cytec strengthens Executive Team with appointment of Adam Freeman as Chief Product Officer

Experienced product leader to shape Cytec’s product strategy and deliver scalable, client-focused innovation

Cytec, a leading provider of governance, risk, and compliance solutions, has appointed Adam Freeman to its Executive Team as Chief Product Officer (CPO).

In the newly created role, Adam will lead the company’s product strategy, driving a client-led innovation agenda and delivering scalable, market-leading solutions. His leadership will further strengthen Cytec’s product roadmap to support growth both in existing and new markets.

Adam brings more than a decade of executive leadership experience, combining technical expertise with commercial acumen. He has a proven record of driving revenue growth, optimising performance across complex technology environments, and delivering client-focused solutions in close partnership with sales and go-to-market teams.

Prior to joining Cytec, Adam served as Chief Technology Officer at Acuity Risk Management, where he worked closely with sales and product teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs. Before that, as Vice-President of Client Implementations and Quality Assurance at PSI Services LLC, he oversaw large-scale projects, ensuring success through clear communication, strong leadership, and a focus on delivering products that met customer expectations.
