Created to continue our core belief that service excellence is at the centre of our business model, these sessions have been a crucial part of the success of our Insidertrack platform.
Designed to help you improve your knowledge of the system and further reduce the time you save by using our platform, the Insidertrack User Academy has helped nearly every one of our clients to become experts, enhancing the secretariat and governance function within their organisations. These free-to-attend sessions are hosted monthly by our in-house expert, Kevin Lane, and are a great way for clients to hit the ground running when they sign-up to our service or to onboard a new member of your team. We’ve even helped companies who are waiting for their system to be deployed via the User Academy.
New Users
Our ‘New User’ session is designed to give those of you who are new to the system a solid foundation in the functionality and practical use of Insidertrack. Simply dial-in to the meeting and our resident expert, Kevin Lane, will be on hand to demonstrate a walkthrough of the system and host a Q & A session for any specific questions you might have.
Pro Users
Our ‘Insidertrack Pro’ session delves deeper into the system’s detailed workings and focuses on a different aspect of the platform each month.
This month’s session will focus on the Insidertrack App and Portal. Teaching admins how to utilise the additional modules to process Permission to Deal requests and enable users to be more agile and informed in their duties and obligations.
