New CEO announcement at Cytec Solutions

Leadership changes mark the evolution of the company in its 25^th year

[LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, MARCH 27, 2025] Cytec Solutions (‘Cytec’) today announced the appointment of Shervin Binesh as the new Chief Executive Officer for the company with immediate effect.

Shervin Binesh joined Cytec in 2022 as Commercial Director, a function that he will continue to oversee as he moves into his new role. The appointment signifies a commitment to further develop Cytec’s market positioning and enhance its corporate governance and equity management solutions to enable customers to reduce their administrative burden and mitigate risk across their organisations.

Shervin steps into the role as the founder of Cytec, Nick Chinn, transitions into a new strategic position as Executive Chairman. His tenure as CEO saw the company become the UK’s largest provider of insider management software with 57% of the FTSE 100 working with the company. In his position as executive chair, Nick will bring his expertise and experience to guide the board and executive management towards achieving its objectives.
